What time is the course? Mondays at 8pm EST

Will I get assistance after the course is over? Absolutely

Do you have to live in a particular state to do property preservation? No. It is a national industry. Most preservationists work in several states at one time.

Do you need a real estate license, prior experience or special certification to do property preservation? No.

Do I have to do the work myself? We teach our students how to recruit subcontractors.
