Before You Buy

How does the Virtual Access work?

Your bundle includes a virtual seat for the Huntsville field training, October 23–25 (Central time). Your Zoom link is emailed to you before October 23. If you only want the virtual training, it’s $199.99 on its own here.

How do I get the files after I pay?

Your access goes to the email address you use at checkout. Check your inbox and your spam or promotions folder. If you do not see it, email hello@masterclasswithmelody.com with your order number and we will get it to you.

I already bought the $20 Zipped Folder & Tutorials. Do I need this?

The folder and the Pruvan and XactPRM tutorials are the same ones you have. What this bundle adds is the 84-minute in-field training video with Earl Evans, which also sells on its own for $49.99. If watching a real property get walked and worked on camera is what you want, this is the one to get.

Do I have to take Bootcamp first?

No. It was built for Bootcamp students, and it will make the most sense if you have heard Melody explain how the business works. But the forms, the software tutorials, and the field video stand on their own.

What are Pruvan and XactPRM?

Pruvan is the mobile app most preservation companies use to collect your job photos and updates. XactPRM is the pricing software used to build estimates and invoices for property preservation work. If you plan to do work orders, you will meet both.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment. The files and the video are yours to keep and come back to.

Will this get me work orders?

No product can promise that, and we will not. This bundle gives you the paperwork, the software know-how, and a look at the work so you are ready when an order comes. Getting approved and getting paid depends on your effort and your market.
